Hi all,
We have a related list in RITM that shows the KB articles. When a user clicks on a KB article, it should directly open the published article. I observed that when we right-click on a KB article in the related list, it shows the “View Article” option. On clicking this option, it opens the published article. I want to use this functionality so that when a user clicks on (e.g., KB34251602), it directly opens the published article. This is OOB functionality. Can we call this in a client script to achieve my requirement?
