We're moving our legacy cmdb towards the serviceNOW cmdb (we have parts already inplace cause for ticketing you need of cource the servicenow cmdb filled) but we now need to do that for other data as well
One point we run into is the part on software models with there support information.
we have filled the software model table (cmdb_software_product_model) with all the model we have in our legacy source.
next step is that we want to add the support information for end off support etc.
if you add the lifecyle data for version A of a model you see this also with version B

What is the reasoning behind this that you see for version A and version B the lifecycle info? and not just the lifecycle data for version A with model A and version B with model B?
is there a way to disable this?
