How can we maintain/govern 'Unauthorized Changes'? Pls, share.

Unauthorised changes has been tracked in SN under the change type= emergency.  OOTB there is no validation on this flag and it works well if you have Event Management and discovery on place.

Now how to govern:

- As per my earlier experience, we add this KRA for our team no one allow do any unauth. change in system

- Once a Unauth. change happened, need a good PIR and see the cause ( Training issue / process gap) etc.

- To stop unauth. changes regular connects / training session has been arranged

- we did mock drill to test the team are they actually following the guidelines or not.

- Present all unauth changes in regular meetings.
