Relationship between Requested Item and Change Request

We have a request flow, that can spawn a Change Request...

I want to be able to show in the Requested Item form the related Change Requests

And vice versa, the Change Request showing the related Requested Item

Do I need to create a M2M table? and some relationships?

Hello,

 

There is already a OOB ui action present on RITM to create change that means there is already a relationship between them so you do not have create a m2m table i believe
