Replace RITM with Custom Table

Hi All,
I have a requirement like when a request is raised from the record producer an approval will sent for the approvers for which we have a created a flow. There is a widget in portal approval record so previously whatever was displaying should be replaced with custom table but here it is not visible so what changes need to be done to get it displayed please share if anyone has pointers on this.
Note: We are extending task table for our custom table
