Report - any way past the dataset limit? Or a better way for me to create this report?

While trying to make some reports for reference and to be emailed monthly to management for reporting I ran into a problem.  I think I must be overlooking something within the report as to how I should be doing this as the limitation seems for to small to be legit for how I am trying to use it.

We want to show several data points on a custom table.  We need several reports focusing on the data needed by the group with various numbers of fields.  The way I was doing this was to create a new dataset for each field we were tracking... until I ran into a limit of 5 datasets.  Is there a better way for us to display this information in a report other than a new data set for each one?  Below is how the report looks, to give you a better idea of what I was trying to accomplish.

Perhaps there is a way to do multiple reports, and then have them all display in one report together to get past only 5 datasets?  Or a better way that I should be grabbing the data from this table for display?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Here is a link to a KB article that may help. It does confirm that 5 is the data set limit

here is a screenshot of the relevant info and a link

Is there perhaps a better way to view this data in a report or another way to monitor the information?  The management in this particular case all of the information they are looking to monitor are on one table u_warehouse_montly_reporting and they want a few different reports looking at specific fields.  This one should have 7 fields being monitored over the previous year, but some may have up to 10.  Seems like it should really be doable but the only way I had been adding to this was with another dataset so I reached the limit but perhaps this is the wrong way to add these fields?  Seems like it should be something possible.
