Can anyone please help on this how to get on hold reason for closed state of incident,Problem,change and Service request.

Hi @Mansi roy
Your query is not clear
There are 2 cases..
1. You need the records which are on hold currently..if yes then better create separate reports on Inc, change, prb etc., it is straightforward.
2 case , you want all records which were on hold before move to closed state. In this case you neec to create metrics on each table and then Database View and then report.

Could you please help me how to create for case 2 just show me one for incident table i will create rest as per that.
