Report for the count of users for groups.

Hi All,
I have a requirement to create a report on sys_user_grmember table and I filtered only 4 custom groups created by me now I need to get total count of members in 4 groups, if there are any duplicates in any group it should only count as 1.
e.g.: If person A is part of 1&2 groups. It should count as only one not 2. How to configure this Please do share any pointers on this.

Maybe impossible but is there a way to get the user names to display into the value fields instead of the numbers.
