Report times Assignment Group

Gostaria de saber se é possível criar um relatório que demonstre os grupos e o tempo que cada um atuou em um incidente.

Yes, you can create the metric and then from metric you  can create the report. 

OOTB Metric:

This metric capture all assignment group.

Database view

and then use this db view to get report.
