Hi All,
I am having an issue where Request Number after submitting the request is not clickable on order status page(attached screenshot).
Has anyone experience this, any fix to it?
Appreciate your help on this.

Hi @Naushad1,
This is very easily solved.
Navigate to the system properties and set the property: glide.sc.use_cart_layouts to true
To navigate to the system properties, type 'sys_properties_list' into the Navigation menu and search for the property: use_cart_layouts
