I am not 100% sure whether this is 100% achievable. For this, you need to create 3 different data set,

1 - Incident

2- Request

3 - MTTR,

Hi @Asha Pathak ,

The count of incidents and request you can easily do with two datasets in on graph. The MTTR can only be created in performance analytics, as you need to do this by calculation.
