request incident for non servicenow user

Hi everyone, can we opened a ticket for a person who don't have a servicenow account if yes what methode should i use to identify the user here

Greetings!

There is no out of the box way for this. You can utilize the Guest user account. The Opened for is reference field which only shows members from user table. You can use guest account and add relevant member details as Additional details on the form.
