Request level approval are not work properly

Hello, community,

When submitting a request through either the order guide or individually via the portal, we've noticed that request-level approvals are not consistently reaching all users. We've identified a variable, "Hiring Manager," within the variable set, and have verified the roles of all users, as shown in the attached screenshots.

 

However, we are experiencing inconsistencies. For instance, when we select 'Able Tutor' as the hiring manager, the request-level approval is received. Yet, at other times, the approvals are skipped.

 

We appreciate your attention to this matter and any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.

Hi, 

Script looks to be ok, and seems the issue is related to "approvals " are not generated correctly? Did you manage to look at business rule which is triggering the approvals ?  Has it been changed updated recently may be via patch or manually . 

Also another way of debugging is to make use of flow designer instead of workflow and see issue is occurring.
