Checking in to see how some of you are using the instance to prioritize requests. Generally speaking, I understand prioritizing request could differ quite drastically from INC, which makes sense to me. However, I'd like to see how you're capturing the customers urgency on requests to help your fulfillers prioritize "urgent" requests. OOB on our instance the priority field is exposed on sc_tasks but not on the RITMs.
