Request to Clone the Sub Prod (DEV) instance with some tables only

Hi ,

I want to clone the Production instance to the sub‑production (Development) instance with only a few specific tables: Incident, Change, Problem, Alert, and Case. I would like to clone the Dev instance from Prod. How to restrict other tables and clone only specific tables?
