Requested for field not updating on RITM

Hello,

 

I have a catalog item that uses a flow. This flow has an Update Record Action to update the Requested for field with the value of a variable that references the sys_user table. But it does not appear to update the record. I have run a test, and it does not appear to be having any error.

Does anyone know the reason why this field will not update.

Hello @riskay123 ,

Please add ".name" in the reference of requested for of the update record activity.
i.e., 1. Get Catalog variables.select_the_existing_user.Name.
