Requirements gathering to request order or request forms

Hello,

I am trying to gather requirements for different types of request forms. What is the basic way of going about it so that I am sure that I have all the requirements.

A back story . This client has a list of many requests they want forms built out for but they are unable to provide categories, fields and questions. Honestly I’m at my wits end and I’ll be checking for your answers. How I can I help drive them to the information required to build out these forms and the fulfillment process. Appreciate your help. Thanks

you need to conduct workshops to understand what those individual forms do and map it accordingly against ServiceNow catalog item and variables

You can use Now Create templates for the same. Link already shared by Atul.
