How to create powershell script to add the users in AD groups in ServiceNow by using flow designer

We have attachement filed in Sc_task, There we will attache the csv file with userid's (More than 1k userid's) contains in that attached csv file.

We need to add those userid's to AD Group by using the powershell script in FlowDesigner.

How can we achive this in Servicenow any one please?
