Restrict attachment of certain type while submitting the form

Hi All,

 

I have to restrict an attachment of certain type when user selects a choice and submits the form, unable to restrict using business rule due to custom scope and abort action not working.

 

Please let me know how I can achieve this using onsubmit client script.
