Restrict groups to assign the ticket to a specific group

HI All, 

 

1. I have a task where user  would like all tickets that currently route from Group A to Group B, 

2. And also no queue should be able to assign tickets to Group A except  Group B, Group C and Group D

And I tried looking the workflows to change the assignment group A But haven't found the Assignment Group A in any workflow, But I tried changing the CMDB_CI owner group to Group A to Group B and raised a ticket that worked,

Need some help I am doing it in a right way.
