Restrict incident visibility to current assignment group

the incident list should be visible to only the current assignment group member.
It should be done via query business rule.
Can anyone help me with this ?

It's also probably worth adding an OR condition in to prevent records with no assignment group being filtered from all non-admins.

what if there is no group present on the incident record?
There is already a query BR on incident table.
Please update that only to avoid multiple query BRs
