Rights Field not visible in form for some License Assets

We are currently using Software License management but just in its out of the box ITSM version at this time.
We have some License Assets coming back with the rights field not being visible in the License Asset default form. If we also look at these in a list view, and try to click on the Rights field (currently showing as empty) to edit nothing seems to happen. Other license assets (even though associated with the same license model) do show the rights fields and/or allow editing of these records in the list view.
I cannot see any obvious UI policies, client scripts or business rules etc which could be effecting these. Any ideas?
