Hello Team,
How I can I Check The RITM went For Approval Or Not. I have a Ticket Reg This. The RITM Does Not Go to Manager For Approvel. They Have created another RITM that Was gone For Approvel. I have Checked In email Logs Of the Manager But I didn't Find The Missing RITM. Please Help Me with this

HI ,
Go to Workflow-> Active contexts and filter the RITM number .
Open the record Where you can able to see the Workflow Activity history and other details to the RITM.

Hi mounika,
If you have Request number then enter in search bar at right side top corner
Now RITM number will be displayed. click on that and if you scroll down you can find show workflow under related links as shown in the screenshot below. click on it. It will be displayed. here you can check where is workflow stuck.
