RITM Approved by flow keeps setting "approval" field incorrectly

Hi,

we are dealing with a Flow problem, when trying to have approval created.

After RITM is created, it takes the Flow a moment before Approvals are created. However this leads to the field "Approval" being set as "Approved" - even though there are approvals expected.

When the approvals are created, the field changes to "Requested", but the change is already in activity log.

Is there a way how to prevent this - when we know there is an approval expected?

Hi Pavel, did you find a solution?  I am experiencing the same issue.

Hi, we didn't find a solution. Customer in the end accepted the record in activity log, as the process itself worked fine.
