RITM Form Field ReadOnly

Hi Team,

I want to make state field read only in RITM form. However the state field is coming from task table. How can I make task table field readonly in ritm form.

Please suggest.

The ACL is also not working

I am able to make other fields like short description read only but since state field which is coming from task table i am not able to make it readonly via ACL

Hi,

You can try using a UI policy, which would be simple and straight.

Define UI policy for RITM table, add conditions and make the field read-only
