RITM is not routing to assignment group properly

When we raise RITM from particular catalog item then it directly assigns to assignment group as expected but some of them are not directly assign to assignment group when its created. we need to assign it to particular assignment group manually.

@priyanka0709 ,How your handling this Auto Assignment?? Check if there are conditions specified to Auto assign the Request , Validate them against your failures (In case conditions might not be passed)

Please verify your workflow (or) flow script and try to print values in system logs for debugging purpose in lower instances only.

Hello @priyanka0709,
If you have setting the assignment group from workflow/flow/script then you need to check for the conditions if any. And If there is no any conditions or logic present related to the visibility of assignment group in it, please check that the particular catalog items are available only for one group that is other than the required assignment group of RITM. Also, check for the ACLs if any.
