save merge button is not working in Skipped records

Hi All,

I would like to merge the OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) and custom scripts in the skipped records; however, the Save Merge button is not working.

Could you please guide me on how to use this functionality? I noticed that the Save Merge UI Action is available on both the Skipped Records and Resolve Conflicts pages, but I am unsure of the correct process to perform the merge.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
