SC Task auto closed by system

Hi Community,


Weird situation. We have some Tasks like incident task and sc tasks which are auto closed by system with the comment: No user response, closing ticket.

 

I have tried to check the business rules, script includes but cannot find anything where script contains "No user response, closing ticket."

 

Thus, I now count on the community to help me see some Hope.

you can try to use Code Search feature and search for that text
