Scheduling Assistant to avoid conflicts - Scheduling conflict detected

In the Change Request the Scheduling Assistant is configured to get the next available date in the calendar and have displayed in the pop-up window. I need to know where the code has been written in ServiceNow.

In ServiceNow, a scheduling conflict occurs when two or more change requests are scheduled to occur at the same time, potentially impacting the same Configuration Item (CI) or overlapping with a freeze window or maintenance window. To avoid conflicts, ServiceNow provides a Scheduling Assistant and conflict detection features. 
 
How Scheduling Assistant Helps:
  • Conflict Detection:
    ServiceNow automatically detects scheduling conflicts based on factors like freeze windows, maintenance windows, and release or downtime schedules. 
     
  • Interactive Timeline:
    The interactive timeline calendar allows users to visualize schedules and identify potential overlaps. 
     
  • Notifications:
    When a conflict is detected, users receive notifications to alert them of the issue. 
     
To prevent and resolve conflicts, consider these steps:
  1. Plan Projects Realistically: Use realistic estimates when scheduling projects. 
     
  2. Resource Calendar: Utilize the resource calendar to monitor availability and capacity. 
     
  3. Communication: Communicate with other project managers and team members to coordinate schedules. 
     
  4. Buffers: Add buffers to timelines to allow for flexibility. 
     
  5. Involve Others: Involve relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process. 
     
  6. Adjust Schedules: Make necessary changes to schedules to resolve conflicts.
