Script error

I am facing a script error issue in the change form when the change is approved under the status field i have checked the client scripts but i could find any thing related to status change ,how can i solve this please help

Could you put filter as " script contain status" in client script, give type onchange and table change_request and check whether any client script is present if so please share the code

I have checked with that filter but no luck

I'm not sure if this will help but what I see from the screenshot is that a change was made (indicated by the blue icons) on the Status field. That could be an onchange client script (is the client script doing a GlideAjax call) or a flow could be tied to Change Requests.
