Script error

I am facing a script error issue in the change form when the change is approved under the status field i have checked the client scripts but i could find any thing related to status change ,how can i solve this please help

Yea it is happening when status is changed from review to pending approval

I have checked now the UI policies and work flow too but haven’t found the root cause is there any solution how to debug this

@rahul122 I was also searching for the same issue, but mine will be a bit different. I found one article which is close to the error that you are showing...but it has got some custom scripting going on in BR & client scripts, please check if this solution works for you.
