Our requirement would be to have a "ticket" on the Portal with check box selections, and based on which check box is picked on submission the matching Standard Change template is created.
We had a former employee who said Record Producer with script would accommodate this but it is only working with 1 of the selections. If anyone has any idea for help, I would appreciate it (the one highlighted in Yellow actually creates the expected Standard Change using template as expected; any other variable selection creates a 'blank' Standard Change ticket not using existing template available):
