Self- Service Analytics Dashboard

Hi,

 

I have few queries on implementing Self- Service Analytics Dashboard.

 

1. How to achieve a dashboard for Self-Service Analytics. I have gone through the below documentation but didn't find any OOB dashboard available.

Am I missing something or do we have to configure it using deflection metrics table. 

2. I also found that deflection metrics is considered on "sys_cs_conversation_task". Can we enable it for the search on portal.

 

Please help me on the above questions. Thank you in advance!

Hi,

 

If you have all the necessary plugins installed, you will see the dashboard when you navigate to:

Platform Analytics > Library > Dashboards > (Search for) Self-Service Analytics.
