What is the best practice for Service Catalog Item Design?
Setting up a catalog item for Software install, transfer, and removal and looking to build it in one catalog item with a variable field for Request Type - New Install/Transfer/Removal and based off that answer it would trigger to the appropriate workflow.
It is better to setup in one catalog item or separate it out to multiple catalog items (1 for each request type)? What are the pros and cons?
