Service Portal Permissions to View Requests

Hello ServiceNow Community,
I'm looking to see if anyone can assist me with a Service Portal question. Currently we have our Service Portal up and running, but only a the requester can view their requests, which is fine, but when they submit on the behalf of someone else they lose that ability to view that request and now only the "Requested For" can view that request.
So I'm looking to allow both "Requester" and "Requested For" to be able to view these requests. Is there a way to make this happen? Preferably an out of the box resolution if there is one.

As of now it will fetch the request from loggedin user , we need to alter the condition where it says request opened by logged in user and requested for is loggedin user so that it will give the list of requests
