Service Portal Search Has No Results

I am trying to troubleshoot our Homepage Search widget. When I search anything from the Service Poral homepage, it results in no results found.

We had this set up to show any Self Service articles in our Self Service KB. This is broken in both our production and development instances. I'm not sure exactly when it broke, but we think it broke around the same time our managed service provider set up AI Search Assist on our record producers. The managed service provider is saying our previously working search function was an out of the box item but they seem to be implying we can't get back to that.

Hi, unfortunately I'm not sure if you can do it on your own, the ServiceNow Support rep did this for us after we communicated him the hours for when this should be done (so the performance impact is minimal in the instance).
The restart also did not affect anything else (data loss or misconfigurations)
I would say best bet would be to create a case on the HI Portal with them, as besides this node restart they said that they cannot also confirm if this would be a reoccurring issue or not or if there would be a patch/release to fix this for good. Hope this helps!

I appreciate your responses.  Did the restarting of the nodes resolve your search issues?

Yes it did, this happened on Tuesday (3 days ago) and since then there were no empty search results, all works well.
