Hello all,
Customers are experiencing delays in service request fulfillment due to inefficient workflows and unclear service catalog definitions, need to redesign the service catalog to streamline request fulfillment.
How would you redesign the service catalog to improve request fulfillment times? What factors would you consider when defining service catalog items to ensure clarity and efficiency to the end user?
