Hi Community,
If you're currently facing delays or seeing a waitlist while requesting a Personal Developer Instance (PDI), you're not alone.
ServiceNow has posted the following announcement on the Developer Portal:
"We're experiencing high demand on PDI requests. Please expect a delay to get your request fulfilled."
This means the delay is due to increased demand for PDIs and not an issue with your account or request.
What you can do:
- Be patient and wait for your request to be processed.
- Avoid submitting multiple PDI requests, as it may not speed up the process.
- Keep checking your email and the Developer Portal for updates.
Hopefully, PDI availability will improve soon.
