Hi All,
I am working as an Major Incident Manager since last 8 years. I do have a couple of years experience in Problem and Change Management as well.. Basically ITSM. Majorly, I have used ServiceNow tool in different orgs. Now, I am thinking to go into implementation instead of working on the operations front ( handling incidents, escalations etc). From where can I start my journey so that I can learn more and grow. Which learning should I follow? Please guide.

First, get your fundamentals. Go for your CSA. Don't distract yourself with ANYTHING ELSE until you've mastered the platform basics in CSA, as well as scripting fundamentals.
This will take you 3 months MINIMUM, but more likely 6 months.
After that (and ONLY after that), start working towards your CIS-ITSM.
You will be tempted to learn more at once.
You will be tempted to ask for "more resources". More things to read and study.
You must ignore these temptations. Because the single most important thing is capability.
And ServiceNow capability is not gained through reading. It is gained exclusively through doing.
