Hello Experts,
Quick question.
Is "Asset Workspace" OOB for ServiceNow instance or it requires some plugin/license?
I requested on PDI [Xanadu] version and I see it has that already.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Rajan

Hi @Rajanmehta ,
Yes, it's OOTB since you have requested for Xanadu PDI Instance. If you’re upgrading to the Vancouver release, you must activate the Asset Management Workspace (sn_itam_workspace) plugin to use the Asset Workspace and
If you’re using the Asset Management application newly from the Vancouver release, the Asset Management Workspace is installed by default.
Note: The Asset Management Workspace is installed by default only on the zBoot instances and not on the instances upgraded to the latest version.

Hi @Rajanmehta
Out of the box (OOTB) means without installation. If you're asking whether it's possible without installing, the answer is no. You need to activate the Asset Plugins, and once activated, they will be installed automatically. No separate plugin is required.
