Set the Incident Management dashboard owner to Beth Anglin.

Hi,

 

Kindly help me how to set the dashboard to particular user. I have tried using share option and in the user tab, i have added the user Beth Anglin, but it was showing an error.

  • Click on the dashboard menu (highlighted red in the screenshot below).

  • Click the Dashboard properties option and you can add/modify the owner of the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Self-Service --> Dashboards.
  • Open the Dashboard 'Incident Management'.
  • Set 'Visible to' to 'Groups and Users' as shown below and add 'Beth Anglin' to Users field.
