Share option missing - Reports and Dashboards

Hi all,

 

Our instance was recently upgraded from Zurich to Australia. We found that Share option is missing in reports/dashboard after the upgrade. Even the owner of the report couldn't see the share option. Only admins can see share options. Is there anyway to make the share option available to the users/owner. Please suggest.

Hi @likhitasura 

It’s better to use Platform Analytics, as Legacy Reports are going to be sunset. Also, since this appears to be an upgrade-related issue, I recommend logging a support case with the team.
