External Vendor to to submit a Change Request Intake Portal/Form to ServiceNow

Hi SNOW team,

Currently, vendors supporting Lumexa applications and servers do not have ServiceNow access. They provide the change details to our internal teams, and we create the Change Request on their behalf.

Is there any way to  review the feasibility of providing a secure, restricted vendor-facing form/portal where external vendors can submit their proposed change details? The intent would be for the vendor submission to go through an internal Lumexa review before an actual Change Request is created and presented through our normal CAB approval process.

Yes, you can create a catalog item and then create a change using the SN-provided extended change OOTB functionality in the portal. Explore that option and see if you can use it as a base to build your solution.
