Short Description field not showing in service portal after posting an incident in service portal.

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone help me for below issue

"Short Description" of incident tickets should appear to the right of the "Caller" and "Urgency" fields - Highlighted by red ring in the attached picture.

How to Replace Ticket Conversations widget on page with cloned version.

Hi @Aparna Gurav ,

Once you have cloned widget you need to replace the widget with the original one in the page.

Look for Service Portal >> Pages & then check for necessary page. Open the page & then look for Open in Designer related link. Open it in designer view, remove the existing widget & replace it with the cloned one.

I am also facing the same issue. But can we display the field without cloning the instance??

In my case short description field is present on page but not visible we have to select it then it appears. How can I solve that issue can you help me??
