Should a Request be updated to 'Closed Incomplete' on the RITM's rejection?

We are building a flow where if the RITM's approval is rejected the corresponding Request is also rejected/moved to 'Closed Incomplete' state.

However, wondering will this create a problem for Order guides as rejection on one RITM will cancel the whole Request? Any idea, what is the best practice from Servicenow?

Yes, because there is no dedicated flow in the Order Guide, it is derived only from the RITM or REQ level.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  Thanks for the reply. Did you mean, the REQ should be updated or not-to-be-updated?

Any standards suggested by Servicenow?
