Show a custom phone number in on-call calendar

Hi All,

In ServiceNow OOB when we look at on-call calendar, we can see a users mobile number and email. The mobile number is displayed from Mobile Phone or Business Phone. Is it possible to show a custom phone number field?

Out of the box, the On-Call calendar pulls contact details directly from the sys_user record (Mobile Phone / Business Phone), and there’s no supported configuration to switch it to a custom field. If you need to show a different phone number, the usual approach is either to populate that value into one of the existing phone fields used by OOB, or build a custom on-call view/widget where you control which user field is displayed. Modifying the OOB calendar to read a custom field would require customization and isn’t recommended, as it can break with upgrades.
