Show Request for Affected User and Opened by

Hi all,

On my Service Portal page, the Requests opened and closed are visible for the Requestor. I want the Requests to also show for Affected User and Opened By.

Please find the screenshot. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi There,

You need to update the filter condition for your 'My open requests' and 'My closed requests'. You can achieve this by performing below steps:

1. Press ctrl+right click on your widget header and click on instance options.

2. Click on hamburger (tripple equal to) icon present on left side and select 'Open in platform'.

3. Update the filter condition as per your requirement.

Thanks for the step by step navigation. After clicking on Open in platform, this is what I am seeing.

Can you let me know how can I add filter conditions here?

Hi,

Please confirm that this instance which you have opened is the correct instance for your my request widget.

If the filter conditions are not present then you might be able to add them by doing Configure-> Form design.
