I am exploring the skills plugin. Could you let me know if it can be configured to allow users to add their skills and levels and if it can be configured for all employees to see and search for relevant colleagues based on their skills and levels? E.g. if I am working on a project and need a team of people with skills x, y and z. with at least skills level 'c'?
