Sla is not visible on catalog task related list

Hi Expert, 

 

I have created a SLA on sc_task table and trigger condition set when catalog task state is open. Whenever I submitted Request, Task get created but SLA is not getting attached to it. 

I have checked the related list on catalog task table. And Task SLA-> task is added to slush bucket but still SLA is not visible.
Can anyone help me on this.

Can you please share some screenshot, what you have added in the related list in sc_task table and task_sla form view?

I was using OOB functionality, It was not working then I created new related list. It is working as expected.
