SLA Schedule entry

Hi,

Can we create more than one schedule entry to the SLA schedule ? 

In the schedule, there is schedule entry related tab. I have added one entry to the schedule.

Now I want to add another entry to the same schedule to exclude one specific day. Is it ok to add one or more entries ?

Hi @Community Alums ,

You can only have one schedule assigned to a single SLA definitions if that is the question? If needed you can create multiple SLA definitions to support different schedule entry.

I have attached one schedule to the SLA Definition for one particular assignment group from p1 to p4.

My question is-- In the schedule, there is schedule entry related tab. I have added one entry to the schedule.
